This truffled cheese is soft and decadent with a white bloomy rind. The cheese is made using our Bath Soft Cheese, but with a layer of truffle in the centre. Once cut into, it reveals an ivory-coloured interior with a spear of truffle. It comes wrapped in limited edition parchment paper with our classic red wax seal. Made with our own pasteurised cows' milk, this cheese is paired with truffle to make an exclusive addition to your cheeseboard.

This cheese is a four inch rectangle and weighs approximately 120 grams.

Absolutely delicious!

Tried this at the Bath Christmas Market, and we were lucky enough to purchase the last pack. Having devoured it over the weekend we have placed an order for more to enjoy over Christmas! It has a truffle taste for sure, but is not overpowering. The ratio of soft cheese and truffle is just right!
